Welcome to Internet Marketing Strategist, maintained by myself Kaya Tugcu. I have been involved with the Internet Marketing industry for nearly 10 years and graduated with a degree in eCommerce from a leading UK university.
I have worked in businesses of all sizes from start-ups to multinational companies and in a range of positions from project management to online marketing. I currently work in web marketing for a leading FTSE 250 software company.
I decided 10 years ago that my path in life was to become an Internet Marketer, a decade later I’m confident I made the right choice. Internet Marketing is a challenge, one where you are competing on a global level against other marketers. What are you competing for? The attention of searchers, buyers, sellers and readers. In fact in the global market place we call the web the objectives of a website are limitless and so are the various audiences that Internet Marketers must engage with.
Purpose Of Internet Marketing Strategist
The purpose of Internet Marketing Strategist is simple. To show others how to become successful Internet marketers. I will share with you tips, tools and trade secrets that other Internet marketers don’t want you to know. I don’t profess to know everything, and in an evolving industry no one can. I do however hope this is a learning journey for both the readership and myself. Internet Marketing Strategist is not just for Internet marketers but for all stakeholders of a website from investors to developers. Everyone involved with a website must have an interest and at least a high level understanding of internet marketing.
What do I hope to gain? Well you will see the odd ad here and there, if you click on a couple that would be great. However my main aim is to maintain and polish my own Internet marketing skills. While I do, my valued readership can sit back, relax, and read. Maintaining this site is just a hobby, so you will never see daily posts. However in return for your readership I will aim to make every post a worthwhile one.
